Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $90.00 USD or more. Orders below $90.00 USD are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $6.99 USD. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with applicable tags and packaging included.

For non-defective returns caused by customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete because of an error on our part, Milai will provide an appropriate solution after reviewing the issue.
