This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and how customers can contact us for shipping support.
1. Shipping Area
Milai currently serves customers in the United States only.
We only accept and ship orders within the United States. Orders placed from outside the United States may not be accepted or fulfilled.
2. Shipping Origin
Orders placed on our website are shipped from the United States.
3. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During high-volume periods, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 business days.
Estimated total delivery time:
Order processing time: 1–3 business days
Transit time: 5–10 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 6–13 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination address, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
5. Shipping Cost
Milai offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $90 or more.
Shipping rates:
Orders under $90: $6.99 standard shipping
Orders of $90 or more: Free standard shipping
All shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.
6. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Milai is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@milai.shop. We will try to assist you before the order is processed or shipped.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at service@milai.shop.
Please include your order number and any relevant tracking information.
For damaged packages, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos of the package and item condition. We will review the issue and assist you according to our store policies.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Milai currently ships to the United States only.
We do not currently ship to countries outside the United States.
Some remote areas, military addresses, P.O. Boxes, or special delivery locations may have limited shipping availability depending on carrier service.
10. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to assist you.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You may request a return after receiving the order according to our Return & Refund Policy.
