This is a commercial mail receiving address used for customer correspondence only. It is not Milai’s registered business address, office, warehouse, fulfillment center, retail store, manufacturing facility, or return address.

The manufacturing facility is used for apparel production. It is not a customer service location, fulfillment center, retail store, or return address.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, colors, sizes, measurements, and care instructions.
Product colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, or normal production variations.
Measurements may vary slightly because of garment construction and manual measurement.

4. Product Availability
Products and variants are subject to availability.
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable after payment has been collected, we will contact you and refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
5. Prices and Currency
Unless otherwise stated, prices on milai.shop are displayed in U.S. dollars.
The checkout page will show the product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and final order total before payment is submitted.
We do not intentionally add undisclosed charges after an order has been completed.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers available on our website.
You confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Do not send payments through personal accounts, social media, or any payment method not displayed during the official checkout process.
7. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation email.
An order may remain subject to payment verification, inventory confirmation, address review, and fraud screening.
We may contact you if additional information is needed to process the order.
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
To request an order change or cancellation, contact service@milai.shop as soon as possible.
We will make a reasonable effort to assist before the order enters processing or fulfillment, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it.
9. Shipping
Milai currently serves customers within the United States.
Products intended for U.S. customers are prepared and dispatched through our U.S.-based fulfillment arrangements.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes approximately 5–10 business days.
Current standard shipping charges are:
- Orders below $90.00 USD: $6.99 USD
- Orders of $90.00 USD or more: Free standard shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Customer Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Milai is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages directly caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Contact service@milai.shop as soon as possible if you notice an error. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
11. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
Returned items must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
For customer-preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete because of an error on our part, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Do not send returned products to the U.S. Commercial Mail Receiving Address or manufacturing facility.

12. Promotions
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, usage limits, or other stated conditions.
The discount displayed during checkout is the discount applied to the order.
Promotional codes generally cannot be added after an order has been completed.

The Milai name, branding, website text, product images, graphics, designs, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Milai.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
